You don&amp;rsquo;t want to find out the hard way that your frame is warping.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The guts of the machine&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;The carbon fiber element sits inside a high-purity quartz envelope. This keeps the fiber from burning up (oxidizing) and lets the infrared energy flow right through to your part.&#xA;For the wiring, we use SK15 connectors. If you&amp;rsquo;ve never used them, they&amp;rsquo;re simple push-in, spring-loaded bases. They make swapping out a lamp &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;during&lt;/a&gt; maintenance a breeze. Plus, they stay tight. Even on a factory floor where everything is vibrating, these won&amp;rsquo;t shake loose.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Putting them to work&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These are perfect for curing ovens or drying lines. Since carbon fiber reacts so quickly, you can flip the power on and off aggressively to keep your temperatures exactly where you want them.&#xA;One last tip if you&amp;rsquo;re swapping these into an old rig: keep an eye on your power draw. 2000W per lamp adds up fast.
