It&amp;rsquo;s a straightforward way to get your ink set and your solvents gone.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Picking your power&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Depending on how big your machine is and what you&amp;rsquo;re actually printing on, you&amp;rsquo;ll want either the 1200W or the 1600W version.&#xA;The 1600W one hits harder. It pushes more heat, which means your ink polymerizes faster and you can move the web along quicker. Just a heads-up: make sure your wiring can actually handle that load. If your power supply struggles, you&amp;rsquo;ll get voltage drops, and that leads to those annoying uneven heat spots on your product.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Why carbon fiber?&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Most people are used to those old quartz halogen tubes. But carbon fiber is a different beast. It puts out intense heat without needing to get scorching hot itself.&#xA;This is a big deal because it means you&amp;rsquo;re way less likely to burn or warp your media. We wrap the filament in high-purity quartz to keep the carbon from oxidizing. Plus, these things heat up almost instantly. You won&amp;rsquo;t have to stand around waiting for the machine to warm up &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;before&lt;/a&gt; you can actually start production.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Fitting them in (and a few warnings)&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These are designed to slide right into your existing drying tunnels. They have a much tighter thermal profile, so the heat actually hits the product instead of just warming up the machine&amp;rsquo;s frame.&#xA;But, there&amp;rsquo;s a catch. Carbon fiber is a bit more delicate than metal.&#xA;If your machine shakes or vibrates a lot,**you need dampened mounts.**If you don&amp;rsquo;t isolate that vibration, the filaments can snap, and you&amp;rsquo;ll be replacing lamps way sooner than you&amp;rsquo;d like.&#xA;One last tip: use a PID controller to manage the cycle. If you just blast these lamps at 100% all day and night, you&amp;rsquo;re going to wear out the quartz seal. Give them a bit of breathing room, and they&amp;rsquo;ll last much longer.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
